Last night we met up with our friends HH and DD at one of DD’s top five Louisville restaurants: The Irish Rover. It was my first time eating there and I was not disappointed. Captain and HH got the fish & chips, while DD and I each got the welsh rabbit, which is basically a giant grilled cheese. It’s ridiculously good. I ended the night with a slice of sticky toffee pudding. As always, good food and great friends. We can’t go wrong hanging with those two.
